NOTD: NYC Big Money Frost
NYC Big Money Frost is a very fun, inexpensive nail polish to have (only $1 at drugstores). It has a sheen so it was a bit difficult to photograph. I'm not super into this color because I'm not a big fan of frosty colors. True to its name, the nail polish looks like money when applied on the nails.
The drying time was quick but the nail polish did chip fairly quickly (within 1 day). Because the price is inexpensive I think this color is fun to have in a collection and could be applied for special occasions like St. Patricks Day.

I'll also be reviewing this polish soon and I have the same issues you have with the chipping and what not. Also I encounter some yucky yellow staining too.
